Guiding Tour Groups (Adult and Mixed Age Groups)

This course is We hope to attract larger groups to our museums on a regular basis.  Many of these are groups organized by tour companies who expect a structured and well-timed guided tour in order to ensure they can keep to their schedule while providing their patrons with the best experience possible.
