Special Tours

In addition to the regular museum schedule, special tours of larger groups may be scheduled any day of the week.  Special tours are asked to schedule at least a month in advance.

We add these tours to the Point schedule.  Generally the tours require volunteers to be present for just over an hour.  Some tours require more time, or come in multiple vehicles over several hours.  Whatever the expected schedule, it will be represented by shifts in Point listed for the hours we will need you.

In most cases, we need more docents than greeters for these tours.  Larger groups will be broken into smaller groups of 13-18 people and docents will lead them through both museums in a rotation.
