Professionalism and Respect

Our guests are the reason for our museum to be open each weekend, and we want to make sure that every one feels like their visit with us was well worth their time.

A positive experience can mean word-of-mouth advertising, positive reviews, new volunteers and additional donations toward our organization…

A negative experience will result in the opposite!

The “Museum Policies” course will go over specifics regarding our expectations, but our policies can be summed up in the following list:

• You represent our organization.
• Greet every guest politely.
• Be attentive to our guest when they are present.
• Be respectful and friendly at all times.
• Dress and act with professionalism.
• Avoid conversations which may have the potential to offend or insult.  Sound carries.
• Don’t rush our guests.
