Located at 1 N. Main Street, Inn Boonsboro is an upscale hotel experience built from Boonsboro’s original 18th-century hotel!
The original business which occupied the site was the Eagle Hotel, soon after the town was founded in the 1790s. Over the years it had many names.
A devastating fire gutted the structure during restoration, but the stone walls were preserved and the interior was reconstructed beautifully.
Today, the Inn Boonsboro offers 8 rooms, each themed around characters from notable pieces of literature. Guests are served a 2-course breakfast and refreshments through the day, and have access to the Fit Inn Boonboro fitness center and the building’s spacious porches.
The business is owned today by author Nora Roberts, who themed a 4-volume series of books around the hotel and town. Although she lives in the area, guests shouldn’t expect to see the author during their stay as she is always working on her next bestseller!
In addition to Fit Inn Boonsboro, Gifts Inn Boonsboro is also an adjacent part of the hotel.
