We also have the Boonsboro Rescue Company which provides ambulance services, located at the west end of town just off of the Old National Road between Weis and Dollar General.

Boonsboro maintains its own water system through the Water and Wastewater Department. The town also provides water services for nearby Keedysville, MD. This is a part of the overall Boonsboro Public Works program. The town reservoir is located along Boonsboro Mountain Road on the east edge of town. Water is sourced from three springs, one of which is located behind our museums. Wastewater is processed on the southwest edge of town limits along Monroe Road.
Finally, Boonsboro Public Works Department itself provides maintenance throughout town, from upkeep in Shafer Memorial Park to building and infrastructure repairs around town.
